Patient Responsibilities
- Appointments are needed for all patients and not for the case of emergencies.
- Patients and their attenders should maintain discipline in the OPD and they should attend only according to their priorities.
- All endoscopy patients must come with an empty stomach for an minimum of 6 hrs.
- Patients requiring surgery will be clearly explained the cost of the surgery and only an approximate cost of the drugs will be informed.
- The patients are requested to pay the 50% of the total cost to be paid in advance before the treatment has to start.
- Patients are requested to maintain silence in the hospital and should not smoke in the hospital.
- Only one attender is allowed to stay in the room.
- Water in the bathroom should not be wasted, and they should kept their bathroom clean.
- Patient’s queries will be clarified by the hospital management.
- Patient’s medicines won’t be given on credit. Drugs from outside shops are not allowed to maintain the quality of the medicines.
